This indeed is a useful technology. My personal experience shows very good results when I use it for my washing machine and utility area. Clothes used to come out dirty in hard water, after using this there is no complaint in my house any more.

I would definitely recommend going ahead & giving it a try to solve hard water problems, especially when you want a fit & forget product.
